Helping people navigate life with tinnitus through support, creativity and journaling.

My Tinnitus Story
I've lived with tinnitus for as long as I can remember. Alongside hearing loss, it's shaped many parts of my life, bringing moments of fear, frustration and uncertainty that only those who experience tinnitus truly understand.

For years, I searched for something that would help me feel more in control. I followed advice, tried different approaches and hoped that one day the ringing would simply disappear. But what I eventually discovered was something even more valuable: while I couldn't silence the noise, I could slowly change the way I responded to it.

One of the biggest turning points for me was journaling.

It gave me somewhere to process difficult days, celebrate the good ones and recognise the small moments of progress that are so easy to overlook. Instead of feeling consumed by tinnitus every day, I began creating space for hope, perspective and self-compassion.

That journey completely changed my life.

Today, I'm passionate about helping others realise that although tinnitus can be incredibly challenging, it doesn't have to define who you are or what your future looks like.

What I Do
Everything I create has one goal: helping people feel less alone while living with tinnitus.
Today, I wear a few different hats, all connected by one purpose: helping people feel less alone while living with tinnitus. As a tinnitus advocate, I share honest conversations about tinnitus, hearing loss and hope across social media to raise awareness and support others.
I'm also the founder of The Tinnitus Journaling Club, a community built around guided journaling, creativity and connection for people navigating life with tinnitus. Through my blogs, videos and podcast, I share practical advice, personal experiences and gentle encouragement, while my role as a Hearing Care Assistant has given me valuable insight into hearing health and allows me to support people both professionally and personally.

Making a Difference Together
Every conversation, message and shared experience reminds me why this work matters. Here's a little snapshot of our growing community.
