Hi, I'm Caris Lount.

I live with tinnitus myself, and I know how lonely, overwhelming, and all-consuming it can feel, especially in the beginning. Journaling became one of the tools that helped me slow my nervous system, process the fear, and gently change my relationship with tinnitus.

 

The Tinnitus Journaling Club is the space I wish I’d had when I was struggling, calm, supportive, and free from pressure or forced positivity.
